March/April Program Calendars

Our program calendars for March / April are here! Check out our special program offerings coming up:

Based on the book “A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving”, join us for a craft and themed snacks at our special Thanksgiving party program on November 18th!
Stop by the library on November 20th from 4:00-7:00 PM to see the amazing talent of authors that live in, or write about, Montgomery and surrounding counties! Shop for books for holiday gift giving while chatting with local authors!
Come write letters and give them to Santa and play fun holiday games with us at our Letters to Santa & Reindeer games program on December 9th!
Make ornaments with us and get in the winter spirit on December 2nd, and then swap wrapping paper and get a head start on wrapping gifts at our wrapping party on December 11th!

  • Celebrate Dr. Seuss’s birthday at our special themed Creation Station program on March 3rd!
  • Make a difference in your community on March 12th by donating blood at the Montgomery County Blood Drive! Walk-ins are welcome, or make a appointment on the Kentucky Blood Center website.
  • Check out our Preschool Prep program (18 mo.-6 yrs.) on March 13th & 27th, and April 3rd & 17th! This program gives parents the opportunity and environment to work with their child and help prepare them for Head Start, preschool, or kindergarten.
  • Our Writers Club program (8-17 yrs.) is open to writers of all levels, from beginners to advanced! Come together to be inspired, swap prompts, and share your own writings and stories with other writers on March 12th & 26th and April 2nd, 16th, & 30th!
  • Join us on April 9th & 11th to come make your own beautiful landscape painting full of happy little trees and clouds with us at our Happy Little Painting Night program! Slots are limited, so call or stop by the library to reserve your spot!
