Our library is proud to now offer a seed library! We offer a wide variety of vegetables, fruits, flowers, and more. All seeds can be checked out and kept by patrons, and we accept seed donations.

How Do I Check Out Seeds?

Checking out seeds is easy! Follow these simple steps:

• Stop by our Mt. Sterling library to browse our currently avaliable seeds
• Select the seeds that you would like to take
• Check out your seeds at the front desk

That’s it! Seeds have no due dates, so there’s no worry about overdue seeds. Come stop by and see what we’re currently offering! It’s never to late to start growing.

We would like to thank our many wonderful community members that have donated seeds to help us expand our offerings, and we appreciate the donations that we have received from Burpee and High Mowing that have helped us to establish our seed library in its inaugural year.
